We're trying to register an Astra handset from outside the local network. We're able to do this normally using the public static IP of the 3CX server. When we replace the IP of proxy/registrar with a domain name that points to the same IP, the phone can no longer register

Log:
Code:
00:40:24.492 [CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: SUBSCRIBE [email protected] tid=6vcioqwqtr9vsu5crm7huf88e6 cseq=SUBSCRIBE [email protected] / 24253 from(wire)

That message keeps repeating itself every time it tries to register. I checked to make sure that the domain name we're using is the same as in the Local SIP Domain field in advanced settings even though that probably doesn't affect it.

Has anyone been succesful?

Thanks,
Eric

Did you put your domain name into 3CX? Advanced / Settings for Direct SIP calls / Local SIP domain
