Can't remove old trunk

I am trying to remove some old trunks that were configured a long time ago.
When I try and remove them I receive the error "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator"

In searching I see that others have had the issue, but it was always resolved with "I sent you a message."

How can I remove old trunks?

Looks like we don't have support on our annual license, so guessing they're going to stay.
