Can't renew the free license

Dear CS,

I try to renew the license at the portal, but it keeps on loading non-stop. Pls advise how to handle it.

The 4SC Standard subscriptions do not require renewal, as they are free and their expiry dates are managed by 3CX.
On the currently set expiry date, it will renew automatically and the expiry date will reset.

It is not renewing for one of my clients so how would i fix it?

Since the answer you are quoting was given in December 2022, please note that there were changes regarding the 4 SC Standard and 4 SC FREE subscriptions which are outlined in our blog here.

To assist you correctly, please contact our CSR team at [email protected] and provide the subscription number of your customer. We then can check the details and advise the options depending on the current subscription status.
