Can't see certain extensions?

I have 2 admins within a 3cx system. Under the extensions page, one admin can't see the other. Is this normal behavior? What would cause someone to not see a extension on that extension page? When I login as the main admin account, I can see everyone fine.

Yes this is normal and a common question. Will be enhanced in V18.
