3CX V20 – WebMeeting Invitation Template and Sender Customisation

HI Team,

We would like some assistance with the following questions regarding 3CX V20 WebMeeting invitations:

1. Which email template is used to generate WebInars invitations? We would like to customise the invitation content and branding. Please advise where this template can be found and whether it can be edited.
2. Currently, meeting invitations are sent using the 3CX account holder's name and email address, regardless of who schedules the meeting. Is it possible to configure the invitations to display the name and email address of the person who actually created the meeting instead?

Please confirm whether these changes are supported in V20 and, if so, provide the steps to configure them.

Hi @Tech_Support the email templates for the conference can be found under the advanced menu ---- templates ---- email templates.



Please do not try to translate, remove any of the variables in the template since that might broke the template when trying to send the invitation.

Regarding the name and email displayed when sending the emails, this is used from the mail server configured in the 3CX.
