I'm sure I saw this before but google is failing me today... I have a couple of users that don't appear under "people" in the webpanel. I don't think their phones or extensions are configured differently than everyone else except the fact they only have one phone each and they're connected over SBCs.
so most people have an "office" phone, and a "home" phone. the home phones are connected via SBCs and until recently the office phones were connected to the switch locally. We recently moved the switch to a colo and now every phone, company wide, connects through an SBC. I never noticed before if these two users appeared in the people list, but they certainly don't now.
Is there a setting somewhere I've overlooked to make them appear in that list?
