Solved Can't send messages from 3CX chat to WhatsApp customers

I've tried implementing the whatsapp integration on our 3CX Pro (Dedicated PBX).
Even though we followed all the stept, and gave the right permissions, 3cx won't allow us to reply on messages.

How do I fix this?

As mentioned in other posts, when you use a test number you also need to define the recipients you want to test with.

You cannot send replies to any number you want if it is not in the Whatsapp recipients.

The number that we are using is a production number, not the test number from WhatsApp.

Let's doublecheck then - can you try issuing a new temporary token for 3CX and replacing it?

With the new temporary access token, I can send and receive messages.
How is that possible?

Ah, you may have used the wrong permanent token from another app or business account earlier when you had the issue?
