Can't Send Text Messages from the 3CX mobile APP to random numbers

Hi There.

Do you know if you can send text messages to random numbers from the 3CX mobile app?
I tried to do it from both Android and Apple apps but couldn't.

You need to make sure that your extension is enabled for SMS. Then, in the Chat section, the option Compose SMS will appear in the New view.

To send to a random number, simply type it in the contact search bar in the New view and it will allow you to send to it directly (small blue label "Send to ..." will appear.

Found it under the extension as you mentioned.
Enabled it and now it works.

I'm new to SMS in 3CX and really appreciate the help.
