Solved cant setup 3cx app

when i tried to setup 3cx app i faced attached error i tried another pc the same error

What OS is the PC you are trying to install this on ? Windows 10 it should be, and is it 32 or 64 bit OS ?

I would say the machine does not have Visual C++ installed

Having tried the windows 10 app and the chrome web app, id stay away from the W10, the webapp has so many more features

solved the problem was in C++
