Can't SSO with M365 after upgrade to V20?

Hi

After we've upgraded to V20, our users can't sign in with Microsoft anymore - we had no problem in V18,

When they sign in, they are just redirected to 3CX login screen again. Conosole says 401 (unauthorized).

I've tried reconfigure M365 integration and 3CX says "Status OK. Real Time Notifications from 3CX to Microsoft 365 are working and in sync."

I've checked that "ID tokens" is checked in Azure app authentication.

All users have M365 SSO checked.

How can I troubleshoot from here?

We have had to go in and Sync the users from the M365 panel in the User section. Only then did it seem to let them login with SSO even with it checked on the account.
