Hi everybody.
I just tried to start a conference call, but i can't seem to connect. I'm starting an ad-hoc conference call using the 3cx client. I fill in a subject and add the phone numbers in the participants field.
When I click start now, it says failed to connect at all the numbers it tries to call. I notice that it doesn't even try to call the number, it goes straight to failed.
When i want to elevate an existing call to a conference call, and add other phone numbers to that call I get the same problem, however the original called number is connected to the conference call. I just can't make outgoing calls from the conference to new phonenumbers. Is there a setting I forgot to set?
