Cant start conference extension

My pbx have worked perfect, but after intalling the latest patch my conference extension will not work. I can start the conference in MyPhone, but people can not call the conference. Please help me and see below:

Hi,

This information is not enough. Can you start a conference by calling 700 from one of your phones? If not, what error do you get? Try to create a conference between your extensions and see if this works. Check the Services status if they are started.
