Can't transfer calls in 3CXPhone?

I work at a company that got 3 employees. I have installed 3CXPhone and setup with correct SIP phone settings. Taking calls and calling out is working but when I try to transfer a call to an external number it displays the error "Server failure". I use the free version. Someone who knows what could be wrong?

Are you using the 3CXsoftphone with the 3CX PBX, or some other product?
If it is with the 3CX PBX, then perhaps you could post the 3CX log of a failed transfer. If it is another brand PBX/provider, then which one?

I don't understand what information you want but I'm using SIP Megaphone. It's a Swedish company.

I only use 3CXPhone. The 3CX Phone System don't seem to work for me. But I don't need that to use the Transfer in 3CXPhone right?

So the issue, is using the transfer function (of the 3CX softphone) with the Swedish company SIP Megaphone. It may be that the transfer function, as implemented by the 3CX softphone, is not what your provider is expecting.
