can't update system prompts

Hello,
running version 18.0 update 3 build 461
Some of the IVR prompts are not working and I'm trying to update the system prompts (English and French).
currently running - EN 4.0.2 and FR 3.0.8.
When I select a prompt and click 'Download selected' I get the following error msg -

Server Error​

End of Central Directory record could not be found.

when I click a new prompt language, I get the same error.
I am able to get to the downloads.3cx.com web site from the server (i get the blank page with 'I am here eu') and nslookup resolves to the following:

104.18.15.54

Is there a way to manually download the system prompt package and not use the 3CX management console?
3CX support please help!!!
