I have an instance of 3cx running on google cloud that fails to update to v18. I have other instances that have updated to v18 fine, but for some reason this specific instance is failing. The only difference is that it's running on a Professional Perpetual license. Also we have purchased maintenance so the upgrades should work normally. I've attached the log below.

Did you try to reboot the machine and then try again ? It seems there is a locked file on the background :

var/lib/apt/lists/lock: 15658
[33m====== [19:33:02] Failed: Output of ps aux (apt lock)[39m
/var/lib/apt/lists/lock:
root 15658 0.0 0.2 46964 8708 ? S Sep25 7:32 | \_ apt-get update
root 24052 0.0 0.0 12780 948 ? S 19:33 0:00 | \_ grep 15658
[31m[19:33] Preparation: There seems to be an apt file lock in place. Don't touch anything. - 0[39m

Haven't tried a reboot yet. I will try it when the users are gone and report back.

Tried rebooting and upgrading again. When the upgrade button is pressed I get logged out and am getting a server error upon login.

Nevermind. Seemed to have successfully upgraded to v18 after 5 minutes. Thanks for the help
