Hello 3CX Community,

I am trying to install a 3CX combined with a Patton 4120 Gateway. The problem I have is that all incoming calls on DID numbers ending on the default central number e.g (000). I tried to type in all DID's with the prefix for it self, also no succes. But I can not set only two digits in the field, even when the 3CX and the patton send that on SIP the number in two digits. ISDN BRI.

It would be a pleasure if someone could help me.upload_2017-7-15_16-29-5.png

You're gonna have to do some custom mappings in the patton to send more than 2 digits ... or maybe you can ask your carrier to change it on their end.
