This issue was patched in version 18 update 9 build 23, as per the blog post here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/sql-database-integration-update/, on December 17, 2022. I am not sure which system you have a Sonic Wall in front of, as this is not your 3cx hosted instance, but still make sure that the system is updated to this list version inside the hotfix. However, it does seem to suggest that your firewall picked this up on December 17th.
