Truly I don't know where to put this one in the forum, I have a customer looking to use Paytia for taking card payments, i having a hard time on trying to figure out how to take them with Paytia.
I have call flow diagrams Here: https://www.paytia.com/resources/integration/telephony-call-flows, but V20 of 3cx does not look like it supports many them I feen the following are probably the best fit: Single Mode Call Flow or Dule Mode Agent Call Return.

I would need to capture DTMF tones from the customer side in 3cx on the B leg, from the looks of it.

Has my one had experience with this ?

We did payment stuff in the past in CFDs.

If you wish, feel free to reach out and we can evaluate your project and assist where needed.

Hi, yes i have look at the CFD option i can get the card details and return the call, I'm just having issues taking the Agent out the que and adding them back in to the queue or putting them away in Custom 2 so there phone still rings and restoring them to being available.

The other issue is the customer will have to jump the hoops to be PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant, Where they can sub it out to a 3rd part to do this.

Plus i don't feel the need to do some Wizard stuff on CFD to try and make it work by integrating with the customers or using APIs and all that Jazz.

The Single Mode Call Flow would be best, but the DTMF would be the issue.

Ho so I'm Still looking at this, and the company has come back and said I need to "set a SIP header X-Paytia-PBX1:calltype={value to be agreed},agentid={numeric id value}"

Hmm How =>??

You can't manipulate the SIP headers from a CFD app or the API. The only way would be creating your own SIP client....
