Solved CarPlay missing call buttons

I think this occured after updating to iOS 26.2. The call button is missing from 3CX in the CarPlay app, effectively making it impossible to call with the 3CX app.

You can try a device power-off/power-on (it's said to be recommended after an iOS update), see if it helps.
Shut it down from device Settings/General bottom page.

I assume this needs to be done on the phone, as I can't see any relevant option in CarPlay. I have restarted the phone but to no avail, the issue still persists.

Installed 3CX 5.4 yesterday (20.0.18.110), but the issue still exists. Is this the right place to report this bug, or do I need to direct my bug report somewhere else?

@bitn2 most SiriKit, CallKit and Carplay issues are always bugs from Apple. We just tell the api we want to show a button or to do an action with certain parameters.

Then it's their own business logic to make it work

Can you make another check please? See if the "Merge calls" button is also working - both iOS 26 and our client had bugs, Apple seems fixed it in iOS26.4, we fixed in latest 20.0.19.147. Calls should all be transferable, ie no 999 or *777, and no held by remote party. Once you press the "Merge calls" a private audio conference will be created. In our tests is working OK, only Apple still has to fix a layout issue on iPad.
