Why can I not backup a 3cx System with Cassini on it and then restore it on a new 3cx installation with IIS on it?

Did you by chance run into this upgrading for version 7 to 8 while switching web servers?

It has been a standard procedure to backup, uninstall, install and configure IIS componets, restart, and then reinstall 3cx and restore backup.
