  • 3CX Version, e.g. Standard Annual 16.0.1078
  • Server OS, Debian 9
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Self Hosted
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: Fanvil X5U
  • Provisioning Method: Local
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model N/A
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

This system is running as a hyper-v VM using the 3cx debian install.

Upon registering a phone via Local lan provisioning and an android client, any phone call between the two will ring once/twice and immediately go to voicemail.
01/19/2021 11:28:40 AM - [CM503003]: Call(C:3): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483

This was an issue with a fully set up install so I decided to reinstall from scratch and minimize the variables. This is still happening.

At first I thought it was clock related, but after confirming that the phone clock and vm clock match, I'm not so sure.

This happens with any extension to extension call, also happens with DID calls to a particular extension.

There are some interesting timestamp bits on the system status page making it look like the system is jumping time like crazy.

What can I look for to troubleshoot?
