Hello,

We are currently trying to work some solution to make Usage reports for our customers. We are trying to do so with the help of the CDR, but we are unable to get the field Bill-rate and Bill-cost for any Inbound calls. I tried searching in the forum but was unable to find any info on this. Not sure if we are configuring something wrong in the CDR settings.

Is there any way to give inbound calls a value?

Ex:
Outbound: 00:25:32,2019/12/06 20:27:50,2019/12/06 20:53:26,Ext.2245,+1800#######,2245,10002,Name,+1800#######,1,25.55
Inbound: 00:07:07,2019/12/06 20:49:14,2019/12/06 20:56:21,+15########1,Ext.5000,10000,5000,5########1,Welcome Prompt,,

The last 2 fields have no value at all. We'd like to be able to assign a value to them, possibly based on the trunk/inbound rule if that's even possible.

Thanks.

I am not aware of any way that the CDRs coming from 3CX can show the cost of inbound calls (the costs table is specific to outbound calls) . However as an alternative, you can process the CDRs in something like CallSequitur where you have the option to charge incoming and outgoing calls differently. Outgoing calls can have a full A-Z applied, but incoming calls can have a set cost/minute per trunk provider applied (though you can set associated factors like duration round-up, minimum duration and per call set-up cost).
