Hi
Our V15 3cx is a very large system with over 1000 extensions, so the CDR log is very large. Today the file size is 825Mb
when I look at the file i see all data since 2017. But for some reason when i run a report for 22/4/2019 up to 22/5/2019 there are records missing in the report, like 20 days not in the report.
But if i look in the log file of the system the data sits there.
Any idea why this happens, and can i fix this to have this data available in the report?
