CDR Records disappear from Directory after a Few Seconds

We are on Version 20 Update 4,

We have enabled CDR and set the settings to create a single Master file.
We see the CDR records in the file folder, but it disappears after a few seconds. I have never seen more than 2 Call Records in the file while it is in the file. Any idea why this file keeps disappearing?

I have been using the CDR files for a decade or more and have never seen them disappear, but I always have one file per phone call, rather than placing multiple calls into a single file. We automatically grab the files the instant they are created so if the file were deleted after a few seconds it would not typically matter to us.

You have the CDR file size set to "250". Perhaps increasing the max size would help?
