Cell phone ringing by using 3cx app

Hi,

when i am in a call with 3cx on the cell phone, the regular mobile line is not set to busy. When I make a whatsapp call, no one can reach me on my mobile number. With 3CX, they can.

Are you saying you want the 3CX App calls to keep your device busy and therefore prevent normal GSM calls to your mobile number from reaching you?

Also, what brand/model device are you using?

exactly. Hauwei P30 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro

That's actually expected behavior and cannot be changed. Do bear in mind that some Android devices may behave slightly differently depending on the vendor/model.

For reference I also just tested an iPhone and an Android device with 3CX and WhatsApp and got the same exact behavior with both.

ok interesting. because if someone calls me when i'm busy on whatsapp, the caller gets "unavailable". (Android in Switzerland)
