Cellip as VoIP provider, no template?

Ihave a question about VoIP providers. The VoIP provider Cellip is stated as an supported provider on 3cx website but it’s not selectable as a provider in the Wizard. And i can’t find any template 3cx site either.
Am I missing something?

We are using the free version 8.0.10824.716.

You should be able to use the Generic trunk setting, just fill in the provider information.

Okay... Så no other special settings are required?

If there is no specific template for your provider, then you are pretty much left using the generic one. Have you tried it using that? Does it work?

Yes i have tried that, but i have problem with incomming calls not going through. Mabye some other issue, but i also got this mail from 3cx. "If you purchase a 3CX license with support contract you will be able to open a support ticket and obtain the Cellip XML template wizard from 3CX support." So it seems like a template IS avalibale. We are planning to buy the full 3cx but we want to test it before we spend the money.

Check your Incoming tab and make sure you added the DID

This could be any number of issues as it's rather vague. If you can replicate the problem you are having you might want to elaborate and/or post the 3CX log showing the incoming call failing.
