I'm running version 18 with a private FQDN. My cert has expired and I can't seem to get it to renew. I've tried /usr/lib/3cxpbx/PbxConfigTool -renew-certificates which completes without error but doesn't help. I've rebooted and restarted the web service. The certs in /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Bin/Cert are all dated 12/5.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

As you have a private fqdn, you have to manage the ssl certificate yourself

I added the cert manually and it appears to be working. Thx.

Custom FQDNs we do not manage so that includes SSL certificate renewal. You will have to obtain a new certificate upon every expiry and replace them manually as you have done now.

Should you wish this process to be automated you will have to change your FQDN to a 3CX one meaning you would have to take a backup without License Key Information. Release the current FQDN from the License Key via the customer portal and re-install the PBX using the backup. You will be asked to choose a 3CX FQDN during the installation process.

In any case, glad to see you got this sorted!
