Certbot renewing custom FQDN but not applying certificate

Hi,

We recently had to uninstall, reinstall and restore our system. After re-installing it, all was working fine apart from the SSL certificate. It would come up as the page is not secure.

This is hosted on a linux AWS server. We have used certbot to find the cert and renew it. However once we did this, the management console was not accessible and we only get this message on the page.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

We have had this issue in the past where the SSL cert expired and this was earily resolved using cert bot. This time however, it is not even applying it. I can not see any cert applied to the page.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Easy, don't use unsupported tools like certbot in 3CX. It's not meant to work with this.

In your case, check file names and permissions.
