When I access the managment console (via local ip to remove any firewall issues), I initially get a certificate error. When I then click on the take me there anyway link, a blank page appears, bu the console never loads.

Orinally the console service was not running, but after a restart this is now running.

The system is upgraded from V14, running on Windows 10 (1511) fully patched before install

The system, is actually working, but there is no access to the manamgent console.

I need to reoslve this quickly or drop back to V14

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How did you install V15? I am guessing you restored a backup with your own FQDN for the system to be working.
What type of certificate did you use?
When the installation completed did you go through the configuration wizard?
Do you get an error in the browser?

Try accessing the management console with the IP but with Http instead of https and use port 5000 (or the port you used for installation). this should skip the certification error on the browser. e.g. http: //localPBXIP:5000

I restored from a backup, but opted to create a new FQDN via 3CX, so it generates its own certificate.

Yes I went through the wizard, to the end.

After this I had to start the management console service, which starts ok.

When I browse to the management portal, using the IP of the server (as previously stated) either via http (5000) or HTTPS (5001) I get a blank screen.

I would try going on another pc with a different IP and try to access the management console normally. Perhaps your IP has been blacklisted.

Also try a different browser.
