When our admins or users access the web page for using and managing the system, we are getting certificate errors saying NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID. This started yesterday, so I looked at the certificate in my browser, and it did indeed expire about 4am yesterday morning. The certificate is valid from 11/10/23 to 2/8/24. We did not do anything with certificates back in November, so this appears to be some sort of auto-renew process not working correctly. Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?

Hi, is this a windows or linux machine?

could you please check that you have set the google dns as primary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Also, check the pbx traffic is not passing through any proxy https, deep packet inspection or ssl inspection, also avoid any IDS or antivirus scanning for the pbx traffic and folders.

Once done, wait till the next day and the system will try to renew.

You may check the pbx event log to get further details.

We did change the DNS settings to the recommended from using our internal DNS. We let it sit over the weekend and no change, we're still seeing the warnings.
We could look into the traffic through our firewall, but it has been working for nearly 2 years and we rarely make changes on our firewall, and haven't made any to this traffic policy since it was put in place. Perhaps something with an update of the firmware months ago.
