Solved Certification question

I am an advanced certified on 3CX. However, I recently left my previous organization and my certification was tied to that email address. Is there anyway for 3cx to transfer that certification to my personal address so I can maintain my record of certification.

Unfortunately no, it is tied to that email address. If you remember your old email address and password for logging into the customer portal, you can use it log in to the forum and change your email address from there. Otherwise you will have to do the certification again if you wish to have it show on your community profile.

If you are obliged to pass certifications again, It's not so difficult , even a French as me got it several times in english

Not blowing my own trumpet or anything but I moved organisations and had a similar issue, I just did the 3 exams in a single day - it took less time to do this than trying to faff about with the admin.

Same deal here - I've done them 3 times in the last 2 years for similar reasons

Thanks everyone for the input, I was worried about how I would do on taking the exams again since its been about 18 months since I took them last. Looks like I've still got it, just finished all three.
