How are the "certification" level tags set on forum profiles? A couple weeks ago I passed the Basic exam and a day or two later the Intermediate for our company, and a week later, just to see, passed Basic again from our partner portal while logged in under my account/email (used for this forum), and the only thing that's shown up in the forum is that we're an Academy partner.

You have to manually add them to your signature - so anyone can actually put them in their signature - even if not qualified.

Hi @SteveITS ,

Logout and login again. The cert should then show.

Ah, thank you. I do recall trying that, but that may have been after becoming a partner and/or before I took the test under my account. It shows Basic for me now so is evidently tracked per user not per company (I understand why, of course). I guess I'll take them under my account from now on. Makes me wonder if everyone but me could see it and thinks I'm blind. :)

Actually I was referring to the tag on the left of each post, under the poster's username. I figured it was tied to something but wasn't sure what.

Oh yeah - mine do not show up there... apparently when the systems were separate my tests were under a different email address.
