I'm trying to set up a condition in a Call Flow that will direct a call based on the DID.
this is not at the start of a call flow, so inbound rules are not suitable.

Essentially what I'm trying to do is if DID = X then route to Y. then loop through all of our different DID's using branches.
The condition I'm using is as follows:
EQUAL(session.did,callflow$.Alti_No)
callflow$.Alti_No = inbound DID in 01xxxx format.

But When I dial in, it's not matching my condition and passing on to the next one.
I've also tried putting my variable in +44 format to but that hasn't worked.

1. Make sure you compare the full format as exactly sent by the provider/set in the inbound rule.
2. You absolutely need inbound rules for each DID pointing to the CFD. Otherwise, the session.did will be blank.

You may have just answered my question already then.

The flow path is that all DID rules go to the same IVR, then later down the path of nested IVR's I want to see the number the caller dialed and route based on that.
The end users say when the call gets through to them, they can see which DID the caller rang.
But, from what you're saying the session.did isn't going to be the right variable to use?

If there's a rule going to an IVR, then the subsequent/nested CFD should see it.

Put your system in verbose and check the 3CXCallFlow.log file to see the result of the comparison.
