The one from 19h to 8h, should be created as two entries in the same conditions dialog.

One from 19h to 23h59, the other from 0h to 8h.

yes it seems it's working now but I can't test my CFD app "out of office hours" when I call it through my extension I don't hear anything

The simplest, send us your non-compiled project. (Compress your project in a « .zip » file)
We can see what happens.

It looks like a file that does not respect the following audio format;
  • Format: WAV
  • Channel: Mono
  • Bit rate: 8 kHz
  • Sampling: 16 bit

I think the issue isn't in the CFD app as it works normally during office hours , but out of office hours I couldn't hear anything

I had the exact same problem a while ago. I don't remember the exact cause but I know the problem was in an audio file in CallFlow Project.

It seems to me that I had to rename all the audio files of my project. He had a problem with an audio file already imported.

Share your uncompiled project and we will find together.

In order to understand what's going on, you should enable verbose logs, make a call to reproduce the issue, and then check the 3CXCallFlow.log file.
