CFD option is not showing.

You're probably hosted by 3CX, which blocks CFD.

We are on Enterprise Hosted license and would like to know if CFD is going to be added to the Hosted platform. From what I have read, this seems to be a common question and is a feature suited to an Enterprise level license.

It is supposed to be at some point, but nothing has been announced yet.

This might be available in v20, however we can't confirm it yet. Please keep an eye on the 3CX blog.

Is there any update on CFD being supported in the 3CX hosted environment in v20 yet? This is a big feature capability obviously, which we are currently unable to utilise unless we move to another hosting provider. Thanks

This will not be available in the initial v20. It might be included in a future update, but I can't tell if or when....
