CFD Upload Error – "Number: Value Already in Use"

When trying to upload a Call Processing Script project built with the 3CX Call Flow Designer, I am encountering an error:

"Number: Value already in use"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Call Processing Script upload section.
2. Select the CFD project zip file.
3. Attempt to upload the file.
4. The error message appears, preventing the upload.

Expected Behavior:
The project should upload successfully if the number is available or provide a clearer explanation of the conflict.



Is this issue due to a duplicate number already being assigned in 3CX? If so, how can I resolve it? Is there a way to modify or remove the conflicting entry?

Hello,

Yes, this happens because you have set an extension number in the CFD project, and that extension number is being used by another entity in 3CX. You can change the extension number in the CFD project from the Build > Project Extension menu. Then rebuild and upload the app.

Yes, the issue was resolved after updating the extension number in CFD.
