Solved Change Default NTP Servers

Howdy,

We have some Yealink conference phones that have their clocks reset to 00:00 every time they reboot. I log onto the phone, go to Settings > Time & Date and change the Primary and secondary NTP servers to our internal DC IP's and the time changes to the correct time/date almost instantly. BUT, the next time the phone reboots it goes back to pool.ntp.org and 00:00.

By design, our internal networks use our DC's as NTP server and all other NTP traffic is blocked by the firewall. How do I change 3CX server to use the DC IP's for NTP by default, instead of defaulting pool.ntp.org?

Same question was asking recently.

Within 3CX Management console, Settings - Parameter Settings , search ntp. Change setting from pool.ntp.org to your required ntp server

Finally reprovision your phones, to pick up the new setting (or reboot them)
