Change Default VM Greeting For All the users

In the V20 update, we cannot change any voice file under Settings>System Prompts>
We can only download & play.
Earlier we changed this file globally for all the users. Now it looks like we have to change by one.
The one I had was replaced by the upgrade.
By the way, V20 is created many issues, after upgrading. Had to make so many changes.
They should be very careful when making changes like this,

Actually V20 is not to be used in production , Release is always in RC and 3CX CEO said RC3 will be there in not so long time .
So you are right, V20 produce a lot of change, or missings things from V18 so you are not obliged to update now, perhaps you could downgrade to V18 depending on what you use as hoster and what license too

Anyway. I spent so much time on this. This version is anyway good except for some issues like this.
Fortunately, I upgraded just one PBX.

1. Click Manage Prompt Sets
2. Press "Copy" give new name and press OK
3. Select custom prompt set, then you can upload files to it per message.

You will have to change each user's voicemail settings to use this set (no multi-edit yet).

Hi,
This is good. I tried to browse the file and upload it, but it did not give any confirmation after uploading. I then played it by downloading and it is the same one. This means, uploading didn't work. The voice file is converted via your website. It works for personal greetings as well. So no problem with the file

Restart IVR server service (since the prompts load at startup) and it should apply as expected.
