Solved Change extension from 100 to 0 for a specific phone

Hi 3CX,

In an actual 3CX system, I use 3 digits extensions. Now, there is a request to switch from number 100 to 0 for reception.
Phones are Fanvil X3SP.

Is there any way to achieve it ?

You cannot change the llength of extension digits on a installed 3cx

Try this

In General Settings > Network > FQDN you have the option to enable this

Under Extension 100 > Options > Options > SIP I’d set this to 0
