Change Extension length after install

Hello All,
Just set up 3CX ver 15 for a client. They've now told me that they want to go from 3 digit extensions to 4 digit. I'm getting conflicting answers to searches and most relate to older versions.
Is it possible?

Hello @Matt Howard,

Please note that changing the digit length is not possible once the PBX is installed. You can however export your extensions to an Excel document, install a new PBX and select the new digit length. You can then edit the extension numbers in the Excel doc, and import them in the new PBX.
