Change Extension Status (Available - Away) from the Phone

You mean "It is not supported NOW" or "It should not be supported IN THE FUTURE"?

In my opinion, all the basic functions should be available from the phone. Voice Mail, and Presence are basic functions.

Call Assistant is a great tool but it should not be necessary for the basic operation of the phone...

That's mean change Extension Status (Available - Away) from the Phone. The current version V4A is not supported. It may be supported in future.

However, the extension status (Available - Away) can be changed by 3CX Call Assistant.
