Change Extension Status

His anyone figured out how to change an extension status? In version 18, you would select the extension and then click the Status button and then change the status as required. This is a very important feature that I do see.

Hi, I guess you as admin want to change the status for another user, if that is the case just go to the Team Tab and from there you can change the status of another user

Yes, as the admin. However, I don't see the status option.

Got it now. Was not in the same department. With that in mind, I would assume that the System Owner does not have to be in the same department to change the status but it looks like the system owner has to be in the same department. Is this correct?

The rights and roles are department specific. So eventhough the System owner is the master of all, their rights still apply to their departments as far as user operations are concerned.
