Change external incoming ring tone

Hello, I can't seem to be able to change the ring tone on external incoming calls on the Yealink T54W (hosted 3CX) handset. I've tried setting it from the handsets as well as extension>phone provisioning>configure default ring tone. None of them worked. Any ideas?

Hi @melbourne

After changing the ringtone from the Phone Provisioning tab, you need to reprovision the IP Phone for the changes to take effect.

To do so you need to navigate from the Management Console >> Phones >> Select the IP Phone to which you have changed the ringtone and click the Reprovision button.

After the IP Phone reprovisions the ringtone should change.
