Change FQDNs in 3CX version 14 SP2

I just upgraded a customer from 12 to version 14 SP2.

During install I chose the separate local and external FQDN.

I need to change the local FQDN in 3CX, then re-provision 3CX Clients.

How can I do this? I searched Trouble Shooting >> Parameters for the internal FQDN and found a bunch of entries, do I just change them in there and I am good?

I will also need to change the external FQDN once I get a second external IP address setup for this customer but that is secondary at the moment, the internal not being correct has broken their 3CX Client app completely.

Do a backup, uninstall, then reinstall - answer the question the new way, restore.
