Hello,

I am setting up a new on-premise 3CX. How to request 3CX to change the 3cx.ca FQDN to a different IP address?

It should update itself. The TTL is 6 hours for Pro and 5 minutes for Enterprise. If it isn’t updating on their name servers try changing the setting in 3CX to a dynamic IP and back to static. (Without changing the actual IP)

Thank you, Steve.

I tried, and it does not work. Maybe I was using the port forwarding and one-to-one NAT outbound rule on the firewall.
This time I followed the instruction from 3CX to use a one to one NAT inbound and outbound rules. Hopefully, it will work at the end of today.

Finally, it works. After the NATs are set up, I need to change the static IP in the 3CX portal.
