We have a 3cx v18. and currently we have two public IP., due to some routing issue, we need to push the traffic from IP1 it will go via IP2 which right now causing the SMTP Server notification to be 5.7.0.

Is there a way to change it? from what i have read is Change to DHCP, then wait 20 minutes, then change back to static, will it take some time to propagate as we have a few SBC connected.

we are using ent license.

Correct - Set it to DHCP and the DNS record will update.
ENT licenses have a TTL of 5 minutes.

no need to set it back to static immediately as long as when on dynamic it goes to your IP2.

then downtime should just be less than 5-10minutes?

which services i need to restart? all of them?

You shouldnt have to restart any services.

You could have just changes the static address to the wan 2 IP address if this internet has a fixed ip address.

Make sure the firewall allows 3CX traffic in from ISP2.

Switching to dynamic will also update the activation server's IP Address of the FQDN to allow emails to go from the 3CX SMTP server.

Meaning, as long i change dynamic, as the IP2 is still statically assign in AWS. to that LAN,

Change dynamic, then it should be it, then maybe ill wait 10minutes change it to static? no need to restart any services?

The PBX will send a STUN request every 1200 seconds, so up to 20 minutes. Restarting of the services will expedite this.
