Solved Change order of numbers on caller-id display

Currently, our system is setup to display the caller name on the caller id. However, when the name isn't found in any phone book, 3CX displays the number that is being called (the number of the phone receiving the call) first and then scrolls to the number that is calling. I have had several users complain that they didn't know who was calling in, until the call had ended. Can I change this so the calling in number displays first?

We're using an on-prem 3CX and SNOM D715 handsets.

Hi David,

To change the order of numbers on display caller-id you can go to Management Console => Contacts => Options => and choose the Append Name.

This was the opposite of what I needed, but it got me right where I needed to be. Thank you.
