Change other user's status

Hello,

We have a customer that would like to give the receptionist the ability to change the status of other users.
I have set the user to Receptionist and set "Perform receptionist operations like set status" to yes under Rights but it doesn't seem to do anything.
The forums I have read seem to indicate it can't be done so what does "Perform receptionist operations like set status" mean?

1. Can a user change the status of other users?
2. If so, how is this done?

That toggle is exactly what you want and yes it works fine.

Make sure the user the receptionist is trying to change is in the same group.

Where can the receptionist perform this action? I've enabled the features for her account?
