change over to FQDN

I would like to use split DNS and FQDN for all the various links in my fanvil deskphones.
This is to give us the ability of using the phones outside of the LAN.
No matter what I change, when I auto provision a phone, I can't seem to get the phone to change from IP to FQDN for provisioning links and register addresses.

Exactly what am I supposed to change in the 3CX configuration to make this happen.

Under the provisioning tab, have you selected the fqdn under 'Select Interface'. You will then need to re provision the phone
