Change Ringtone in V18 Windows Client

Hi Everyone,

I want to know in 3cx V18 Windows Client from where we can change the ringtone link we can in v16 Program Data>Sounds>Ringtone?

Sadly this was not a UI option in the 'legacy' Windows App, and it is still not an option in the new Desktop App.
While in the old app this may have been obvious, I am not aware as of yet of any way to 'hack' the ringtone of the new Desktop app.

This is a much needed and must have call centre solution feature.

Will it be added in the next updates? and can you please tell me where is the sound folder created In New 3cx Windows App?

I'm afraid you will have to ask your 3CX Partner to place this in the 'Ideas' section as this will have to be a feature request.

As I mentioned, I don't think there is a normal .wav file somewhere on the disk which you can simply replace, I believe it is built into some package.
At this point I do have to mention, you can continue using the 'legacy' Windows App normally as you did before.
